1. Where do your products come from?

We partner with trusted global jewelry suppliers who produce high-quality pieces and ship directly to our customers. This allows us to offer beautiful jewelry at affordable prices.


2. How long does shipping take?

Since we work with international suppliers, shipping usually takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days
    Shipping times may vary depending on your country and local postal service.


3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.


4. Why did I only receive part of my order?

To speed up delivery, we sometimes ship items separately from different warehouses. If you ordered multiple pieces, the rest will arrive soon after  each with its own tracking number.


5. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.


6. Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Please note that some remote areas may have longer delivery times or limited courier options.


 

7. How long does it take to process an order?

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.


8. What if my tracking hasn’t updated in a while?

Tracking may take a few days to update while your package is in transit or going through customs. Don’t worry it’s still on the way!
If it hasn’t updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we’ll check with the courier.


9. What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, please reach out to us at bevanchewshopify@gmail.com, and we’ll help locate it or arrange a replacement.


10. What materials are used in your jewelry?

Our pieces are made from high-quality stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold plating, depending on the design. Most items are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.


11. Is your jewelry waterproof or tarnish-free?

Most of our jewelry is tarnish-resistant, but we always recommend avoiding water, perfume, and harsh chemicals to keep it looking its best.


12. How do I request a return or replacement?

Just email us at bevanchewshopify@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll handle the rest.


13. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 6 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins and we can’t make changes.


14. Why are shipping times longer than usual?

Since our products ship from global suppliers, delivery can take longer than local orders. We appreciate your patience — it helps us keep prices affordable and quality high.


15. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.


16. Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes our jewelry is made from nickel-free and skin-safe materials, suitable for most people with sensitive skin.
