Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and preferred shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD (or equivalent in your local currency).
Orders under $50 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties once the order reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs inspections.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at bevanchewshopify@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll sort it out.
